As Molloy College’s Owner’s Representative, Surepath provided full preconstruction and construction management services of Molloy College’s first student residence hall.  This is a 150-bed, co-ed facility that includes single, double, and suite-style rooms for Molloy’s growing student population. Surepath completed this project on schedule and under budget in time for Molloy students to occupy their rooms prior to the 2011/2012 school year.
