Surepath provided complete preconstruction and construction services for the renovation and expansion of Canterbury School’s Steele Hall. The building remained open during the renovation since it houses the campus library, dining hall, and kitchen, all of which were expanded as part of this project. Surepath was responsible for estimating, the CM bid process, preparation and evaluation of the project schedule, managing the project budget, and full Owner’s Representation during construction.
